The Rules Bible
Magic costs something. The border river floods when the king lies. Iron quiets spells. Every world runs on rules — and every rule starts to bend the moment it meets a story. The Rules Bible is a ledger for keeping yours straight: each rule as one plain statement a stranger could check, its exceptions written beside it, and an honest status so you always know what the canon actually says. Print it, fill it in, and keep it where the world lives.
Type into the fields on screen first if you like — or print it blank and write by the fire. Lines stay put on the page. Run another copy when you run out of rules.

The one rule on this sheet: a rule is only canon while it’s written down. Put each rule in one plain sentence a stranger could check, keep its exceptions beside it — and when a story breaks a rule on purpose, that becomes a written exception or a new status, never a silent bend.
